The Senior sales executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and other lead-generation methods.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.

4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, Social Media trends, and potential growth opportunities.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.

6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products or services.

7. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.

9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

10. Mentor and support junior members of the sales team, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
