Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate


Job Summary


The Sales Manager – Real Estate is responsible for driving property sales, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves client relationship management, site visit coordination, sales forecasting, and collaboration with marketing and project teams to ensure successful closures.



Key Responsibilities


* Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and pricing plans

* Generate leads and ensure proper follow-ups through CRM systems

* Manage client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures

* Conduct property presentations and oversee site visits

* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management

* Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and launches

* Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company policies

* Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

* Proven ability to close high-value deals

* Knowledge of real estate market trends and legal documentation

* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Qualifications


* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

* MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred

* 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
