Job Description

Job Role:

Responsible for presenting products, negotiating terms, and maintaining client relationships to achieve sales targets.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Successfully converting qualified leads into sales.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Providing timely feedback and updates to the Sales Coordinator on sales progress and challenges.
  • Doing Market survey for Potential leads

 

List of Jobs:

  • Attend sales meetings with clients arranged by the Sales Coordinator.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries during the lead processing stage.
  • Present product offerings and customize solutions to match client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals within authorized guidelines.
  • Provide follow-ups with clients to ensure post-sale satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance metrics, including closed deals and client feedback.
  • Stay updated on new product features, promotions, and market trends.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to ensure seamless client handovers and updates.
  • Be in close contact with the potential clients and be updated with stages on site.
  • Give market survey data to Field Executive for generating leads

 

 

Authorities Given:

  • Authority to negotiate terms and close deals within pre-approved limits.
  • Access to product catalogs, pricing information, and promotional materials.
  • Authority to propose client-specific solutions with managerial approval for exceptions.

 

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the home improvement or construction sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
