Sales & Marketing Executive – Radeon EnterpriseCompany Overview:

With a strong presence in both B2B and retail markets, as well as on leading B2B supplier platforms, we deliver high-quality, innovative gifting and décor solutions to clients across India.

Job Role: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can drive both retail and B2B sales through store management, field work, and digital channels. The candidate will play a key role in building new client relationships, expanding our market reach, and strengthening our brand presence.

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate and manage sales leads for both retail customers and corporate clients (B2B).
  • Conduct field visits to approach companies, institutions, and resellers for bulk orders.
  • Manage walk-in retail customers at the store and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Leverage B2B supplier websites/portals (Indiamart, TradeIndia, etc.) to identify prospects and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term business relationships.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and exhibitions.
  • Provide input on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to management.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Comfortable with field sales, customer meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of using computers and online platforms (B2B websites, Excel, WhatsApp for Business).
