Sales & Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive who will meet clients face-to-face, understand their business needs, and close deals for:

• CRM Software (Residieons)
• Website Development
• Mobile App Development
• Digital Marketing Services

This role involves client visits, product demos, and direct deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client offices (brokers, builders, businesses)
• Take face-to-face meetings & demos
• Understand client requirements (budget, need, urgency)
• Pitch suitable solutions (CRM / Website / App / Marketing)
• Close deals or push towards closure
• Coordinate with telesales team for appointments
• Maintain daily visit & sales report
• Build strong client relationships

Daily / Weekly Targets

• 3–5 client meetings per day
• 15–25 meetings per week
• 5–10 deal closures per month (minimum)

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Confidence in face-to-face selling
• Basic understanding of business & technology
• Ability to negotiate & close deals
• Self-motivated & target-driven

Preferred Candidates

• Experience in field sales / B2B sales
• Real estate / IT / SaaS experience preferred
• Must have 2-wheeler (or travel flexibility)
