🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to work in the General Insurance domain. The role involves client interaction, policy handling, and basic sales/support activities.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance products (Health, Motor, etc.)
• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for customer support or sales
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Maintain customer records and update CRM
• Support in policy issuance, renewals, and documentation
• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotes and approvals

🎓 Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred)
• Freshers can apply but two wheeler is Compulsory.
• 0–1 year experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus

🧠 Skills Required:

• Good communication (Hindi + Basic English & Gujarati)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
• Customer handling skills
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Quick learner and positive attitude
