Job SummaryWe are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who will be responsible for direct sales, customer communication, order handling, and marketing coordination. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, coordinate orders end-to-end, and support marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and driving business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer HandlingHandle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and website inquiries
• Convert leads into confirmed orders (D2C, bulk, and B2B)
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up for repeat orders
• Handle direct sales for retail, bulk, and institutional customers
• Resolve basic customer queries related to pricing, delivery, and product usage
• Order Management & CoordinationManage order processing from confirmation to dispatch
• Coordinate with production, packing, and logistics teams
• Ensure accurate invoicing, order details, and dispatch timelines
• Track orders and update customers with shipping and delivery status
• Maintain proper order and customer records
• Marketing SupportAssist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Coordinate with the design and content team for social media and promotional material
• Help execute WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns, and offers
• Support online marketplace sales (Amazon, website, etc.)
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
• Reporting & Data ManagementMaintain daily sales and inquiry reports
• Track conversion rates, customer follow-ups, and order status
• Share weekly sales performance and market feedback
• Maintain updated customer database (CRM / Excel / ERP)
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer handling
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; Gujarati preferred)
• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and email communication
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and order systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in health, wellness, food, or FMCG industry is a plus
