We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our brand presence, expand market reach, and drive sales in the FMCG food category. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience working with distributors, retailers, and modern trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage primary & secondary sales operations.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper merchandising at outlets.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of FMCG market dynamics
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools (preferred)
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Execute promotional activities, in-store branding, and sampling programs.
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns for product launches.
• Collect customer feedback and insights to support product development.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for social media and digital promotions.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Track sales performance and share insights for improvement.
• Ensure timely order booking, delivery, and payment collection.
