Job Description

Job Title: Sales and marketing Executive


We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in selling and marketing industrial products related to automation, instrumentation, and engineering. This role involves visiting industries, understanding client needs, and promoting the company’s portfolio of products and services. A diploma or degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Science Engineering is highly preferred.  


*Key Responsibilities*  

1. Understand customer technical requirements and provide accurate and competitive quotations.  

2. Visit industries to establish and maintain strong client relationships.  

3. Promote and market the company’s portfolio of industrial products to potential clients.  

4. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for customers.  

5. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.  

6. Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.  

7. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.  

8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order delivery.  

9. Research market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.  

10. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.  

11. Perform other duties as assigned.  


*Requirements*  

1. Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields) or B.Sc. in Science.  

2. 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar field.  

3. Strong understanding of industrial products, particularly in automation and instrumentation.  

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

5. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.  

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.  

8. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
