Job Description:

OS Jeans is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales in Surat. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our denim products, building relationships with retailers, and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential customers, retailers, and distributors.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

Conduct market research to understand trends and consumer preferences.

Promote OS Jeans products through direct sales, social media, and offline marketing activities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent service.

Negotiate deals, pricing, and contracts with clients.

Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary) or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions is a plus.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel within Surat.
