Sales & Marketing Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Marketing Professional to plan, execute, and manage marketing activities that strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and data-driven with strong communication skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Social Media, Google Ads, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
• Create and coordinate content for social media, ads, creatives, and promotional materials
• Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities
• Coordinate with sales team to support lead conversion and branding
• Manage brand visibility across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, Website)
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports
• Handle collaborations, partnerships, and promotional campaigns
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
• Maintain consistency in brand tone and communication
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (Freshers with strong skills can apply)
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of ads, analytics, and lead generation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience in photography / design / creative industry
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or CRM tools
• Experience working with agencies or channel partners
