Job Description

Organizational Role: Sales Manager •Monitoring and motivating tele callers and sales executives •Provide best customer service with delight and maintaining good relations •Developing of new idea to generate business and responsible for maintaining records •Convince and negotiate customers to make them realize the benefits of our projects •Market research and analyze •Maintain accurate records •Organize event as and when required •Target need to be achieved on weekly, monthly, quarterly yearly basis •Create a new channel partner and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds •Established revenue and profit target •Continuous expand customer understanding and product solution and capabilities •Complete sales activity reports and presentation in a highly manner •Optimize business development plan by working closely with subordinate to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency through development and pre-qualified of leads •Evaluate sheet on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis • Daily work activity report to respective managers and update in CRM system Organizational Role: Business development officer •Business development officer is responsible for the recruitment process of channel partner under their management. •Business development officer has to give training & nurturing to channel partner. •In a month, Minimum business should come from ten channel partners associated with the business development officer. •Business development officer has to engage with a channel partner. •Business development officer will meet for new channel partner only. (Exciting channel partner of Graham will not be counted in that) •Fresh Channel partner also most welcomed, also they are not involving in a real estate background. •Mutual fund (MF) representative, Medical representative (MR), Investment representative, tax consultant, audit & financial advisory consultant, banker representative, LIC advisory, Automobile advisory, Top business-class executive..etc. •Business development officer has to conduct 10 meetings every day with new and exciting channel partners. •Coordination with channel partners for the smooth functioning of channel partners inquiry & hand-holding to channel partners. •Business development officer has to follow the standard registration procedure for the new channel partner. •The site visit of 30 different channel partners should be visited within a month at the site.
