• Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team
• Drive in-store and experiential sales
• Handle high-value customers and visitors
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups
• Oversee daily store sales operations
• Coordinate with inventory and billing team
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
• Ensure premium customer experience at all times
• Preferred CandidateExperience in retail / luxury / showroom sales
