Job Description
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities by visiting markets, retailers, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through regular field visits and effective product promotion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
- Collect orders from market partners and coordinate with the supply team for timely delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends and share regular updates.
- Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and schemes as per company guidelines.
- Resolve customer or retailer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Maintain daily sales reports, market visit reports, and update CRM/ERP as required.
- Work closely with the sales manager to plan routes, improve coverage, and increase market penetration.
