Job Description
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of Bajaj Finance products at partner retail outlets and through field activities. The role involves customer interaction, lead generation, and achieving monthly targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Bajaj Finance products such as Consumer Durable Loans, EMI Cards, Personal Loans, and Lifestyle Finance
- Generate leads through showroom counters, field visits, and referrals
- Explain loan schemes, EMI options, cashback offers, and documentation process to customers
- Assist customers in completing applications and ensuring smooth disbursal
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
