Job Description
Role : Sales Officer
- Source and acquire customers for Home Loan / LAP / Micro LAP / PL / JLG products.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and market surveys to generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable financial solutions.
- Complete KYC, documentation, and customer onboarding processes.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with credit & operations for loan processing.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Age : 21 - 33
Experience Required:
- Micro LAP
- PL / JLG (Joint Liability Group)
- Home Loan / LAP Sales Experience
