Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Section Engineer- Telecom to join our team in Surat, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunication systems and infrastructure.

• Design and optimize telecom network architectures to ensure efficient and reliable communication systems
• Conduct site surveys and perform technical feasibility studies for new telecom projects
• Develop and implement network expansion plans to meet growing demand and improve coverage
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telecom systems with other infrastructure
• Monitor network performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare technical documentation, including network diagrams, installation guides, and maintenance procedures
• Stay up-to-date with emerging telecom technologies and industry standards to drive innovation within the organization
• Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Total 10 years of experience with min 4 years of relevant exp in Metro projects
