 Job Profile: Senior Accountant & Office Controller

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Senior Accountant for our Textile Mill to take full ownership of day-to-day office operations, financial accounting, legal compliance, and MIS reporting.

 Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using, Cloud based ERP Software (Hard & Soft)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow
• Monitor budgets and assist in financial forecasting

2. Office Administration

• Oversee day-to-day office operations including vendor coordination, procurement, and staff support
• Implement and maintain internal controls and office protocols
• Supervise junior staff and ensure smooth workflow across departments

3. Legal & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns

4. Management Information System (MIS)

• Design and maintain MIS reports for management review
• Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decisions

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and leadership qualities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
