Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making. Candidates with exposure to e-commerce operations and ERP systems will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Additional Responsibilities (Preferred Skills):

• Work closely with e-commerce teams on order reconciliation, payment gateways, and returns
• Manage accounting through ERP systems (such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.)
• Analyze sales data, inventory valuation, and platform commissions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/Inter CA preferred)
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
