Senior Accountant

We are looking for a highly experienced and dependable Senior Accountant to take complete ownership of our company’s accounting function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finalising books of accounts, overseeing all accounting operations, and ensuring complete financial accuracy and compliance — allowing the management to focus on growth without having to supervise day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalize books of accounts for the year, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of audits.

• Oversee and manage all accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense management.

• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable financial regulations.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS statements.

• Monitor and maintain internal financial controls, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for year-end closing and financial reviews.

• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.

• Identify areas for process improvement within the finance and accounting systems
