💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Annual Bonus & Overtime Pay

About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Architect with strong experience in the planning, design, and execution of high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
(Note: We do not design bungalows or interiors.)
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp (added advantage)
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings
- Ability to work collaboratively with design and execution teams
Roles & Responsibilities
- :Lead the planning, design, and execution of high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and client specifications throughout all project stages.
