Senior E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive with strong hands-on experience managing global e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in driving sales, optimizing listings, managing operations, and scaling brands across marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Flipkart, and Meesho. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven execution, and the ability to manage multi-country e-commerce operations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across global e-commerce platforms including Amazon (.com & international), eBay, Etsy, Flipkart, and Meesho
• Own end-to-end marketplace operations: product listing, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and content optimization
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to increase revenue, visibility, and conversion rates
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Sponsored Listings, platform promotions, etc.)
• Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, ACOS/ROAS, conversion rate, traffic, and profitability
• Manage inventory planning, stock forecasting, replenishment, and coordination with supply chain teams
• Handle account health, policy compliance, seller performance metrics, and issue resolution
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking across regions and platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and strong product presentation
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management
• Lead and mentor junior e-commerce executives (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience managing global e-commerce marketplaces
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, eBay Seller Hub, Etsy, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho
• Solid understanding of international e-commerce operations, cross-border selling, and marketplace policies
• Experience with product listing optimization (SEO, keywords, images, A+ content)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Knowledge of paid advertising tools and campaign optimization
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple platforms, SKUs, and markets simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; experience with e-commerce tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-country accounts (US, UK, EU, India, etc.)
• Knowledge of international logistics, FBA/FBM, and third-party fulfillment models
• Exposure to D2C brands or global retail brands
• Leadership or team-handling experience
