Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Full Stack Web Development Faculty to lead and deliver our flagship Full Stack Development program. This role involves hands-on instruction, mentorship, and the continuous evolution of our tech curriculum to match the latest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth training in both front-end and back-end development:
• Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SCSS/SASS, ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS
• Back-End: NodeJS, MySQL, MongoDB, API development
• Additional Tools: Git/GitHub, Hosting/Deployment, Web Analytics
• Design, update, and implement real-world projects and assignments
• Mentor students on career paths, freelancing, and technical problem-solving
• Track student performance and support their internship/project journeys
• Stay updated with modern frameworks and practices to keep the curriculum relevant
• Guide on portfolio building and project documentation
• Collaborate with the placement cell to prepare students for interviews and technical assessments

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
• Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development
• At least 1 year of teaching or training experience preferred
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (especially ReactJS & NodeJS)
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching
• Ability to handle project reviews and mentor students independently

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + performance bonus
