Senior Graphic Designer

• Job Responsibilities:Design product marketing banners for:
• 
  
• Website
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads)
• Create short marketing videos / reels / shorts for:
• 
  
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Facebook & Meta video ads
• Visually present product features, ingredients, offers, and benefits in an engaging way
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
• Work closely with the marketing team for campaign-based designs
• Create creatives for product launches, promotions, and festive campaigns
• Add basic motion graphics / animations to static designs when required
• Required Skills:Design Tools:Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva (preferred)
• Video / Motion Tools:Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro
• CapCut / VN / InShot (for short-form videos)
• Creative Skills:Strong sense of color, typography, and layout
• Understanding of social media trends and reel formats
• Knowledge of different creative sizes (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
• Ability to convert marketing ideas into engaging visuals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Cosmetic / Beauty / Lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of social media engagement-focused creatives
• Basic understanding of AI tools (optional)
• Portfolio is mandatory (Static creatives + Reels)
