Senior Graphic Designer (with Videography & Motion Skills)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and execution-driven Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual storytelling across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, videography, and motion content, with the ability to translate brand strategy into high-impact visuals.

This role is critical in building premium, conversion-focused brand communication for multiple clients across industries.

• Key Responsibilities1. Creative Direction & DesignLead design for social media, websites, ad creatives, and branding projects
• Develop high-quality, modern, and premium visual assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all client deliverables
• Create campaign concepts aligned with marketing objectives
• 2. Videography & Video Content CreationPlan, shoot, and edit videos for:
• Social media reels
• Ads (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
• Brand films & product videos
• Handle camera setups, lighting, and framing professionally
• Create engaging short-form content with strong hooks
• 3. Motion Graphics & EditingEdit videos using tools like Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Add motion graphics, transitions, and storytelling elements
• Create animated creatives for ads and social media
• 4. Content CollaborationWork closely with content team & marketing strategists
• Understand campaign goals and deliver design accordingly
• Convert scripts into visually compelling content
• 5. Quality & Speed OptimizationEnsure fast turnaround without compromising quality
• Maintain structured file systems and design workflows
• Mentor junior designers and improve team output
• Required SkillsDesignAdvanced knowledge of:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign (optional but preferred)
• Strong sense of:

• Layout & composition
• Video & MotionProficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
