Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: 25,000- 30,000

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)

Bulk and lateral hiring across multiple positions

Client coordination for manpower requirements, interviews, and closures

Managing hiring targets and supporting the recruitment team

Planning, coordinating, and scheduling campus hiring drives with colleges and institutes

Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth hiring processes

Requirements:

Strong recruitment expertise and client-handling skills

Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment coordination

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
