Senior HR Executive

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage key human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business growth by ensuring effective HR practices, maintaining a positive workplace environment, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage campus recruitment drives and external hiring channels.

2. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
• Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Prepare HR reports related to attendance, attrition, and workforce data.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Address employee queries and workplace concerns.
• Plan and implement employee engagement activities.
• Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.

4. Performance Management

• Assist in performance evaluation processes and employee reviews.
• Support management in implementing performance improvement plans.
• Monitor employee productivity and HR metrics.

5. Policy Implementation

• Ensure employees adhere to company policies and disciplinary guidelines.
• Assist management in implementing HR policies and updates.

• QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management.
• Experience2–5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Experience in campus hiring and employee management will be an advantage.
