Role OverviewThis role is for a senior HR professional who will handle the entire HR department independently. The candidate will be responsible for building HR systems, managing employees, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with all labor laws.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Setup

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structure
• Align HR strategies with overall business goals

2. Employee Management

• Manage onboarding and employee retention
• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Drive employee engagement and workplace culture

3. HR Documentation

• Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents

4. Performance Management

• Implement and manage KPI/KRA systems
• Monitor employee performance and productivity

5. Payroll & Compliance

• Handle end-to-end payroll (salary, incentives, deductions)
• Manage statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, TDS
• Ensure compliance with labor laws

6. Settlements & Records

• Manage reimbursements, leave encashment, and full & final settlements
• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies

7. Recruitment

• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes

8. Employee Relations

• Address employee queries and grievances
• Manage exit formalities and processes
• Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of HR operations and payroll
• Hands-on experience with HRMS / payroll systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• High level of confidentiality and ownership
• Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in HR / Business Administration (MBA preferred)
• 3 – 8 years of experience in HR & payroll
• Experience handling end-to-end HR independently
