Job role :
anages the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates via platforms like LinkedIn to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and support the onboarding process for new hires.
