Senior .NET Software Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in .NET Core, SQL, and Azure to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will also have experience leading a team of developers, ensuring project goals are met and mentoring junior members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET Core applications.
• Database Management: Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schema.
• Cloud Integration: Develop and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, utilizing its various services effectively.
• System Integration: Integrate applications with various third-party systems and APIs.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices.
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for software development processes and applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development, with a focus on .NET Core.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in .NET Core and C#.
• Highly experienced in MVC.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
