Senior Order Processing Executive

GoSriKi Fashion Private Limited is a design-driven apparel company based in Surat, Gujarat, specialising in ethnic wear for women, including Kurta Sets, Palazzo sets & Anarkalis, With a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and contemporary designs, the company blends traditional aesthetics with modern trends to create garments that exude confidence, elegance, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage and process daily orders across multiple sales channels (e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, etc.)

·        Work extensively on Unicommerce for order creation, tracking, and reconciliation

·        Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and dispatch coordination

·        Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stock discrepancies

·        Handle order-related issues such as cancellations, returns (RTO), and exchanges

·        Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations

·        Prepare and maintain reports on order status, dispatch, and returns

·        Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Proven experience with Unicommerce software (mandatory)

·        Strong knowledge of order processing and e-commerce operations

·        Good understanding of inventory and warehouse management

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

·        Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·        Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualification

·        Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry

·        Familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
