Job Title: PHP Team Lead / Senior PHP Developer with Team Leadership

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Team Lead to lead and mentor a team of talented PHP developers while actively contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our robust web applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in PHP and related technologies, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and Maintain Web Applications:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Core PHP and Laravel applications.

Implement new features and optimize existing ones, covering the full stack from database to client.

2. Database Management:

Design, manage, and optimize MariaDB and MySQL databases to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.

3. Code Quality and Best Practices:

Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control practices (Git), and industry best practices.

4. Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and database systems.

Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure strong functionality and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
