Senior Relationship Executive

· Achieve monthly and quarterly gold loan disbursement targets

Source new customers through field visits, referrals, market mapping, and local networking

Maintain strong relationships with existing and high-value customers

Guide customers on gold loan schemes, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options

Coordinate gold appraisal and ensure accurate valuation process

Ensure complete KYC documentation and compliance as per RBI & company policy

Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely collections

Maintain portfolio quality and control NPA levels

Support branch operations, audit compliance, and documentation checks

Assist Branch Manager in achieving overall branch targets

Train and guide junior Relationship Executives (if required)

Conduct competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities
