AyurShaastra is a fast-scaling preventive wellness brand focused on Ayurvedic lifestyle solutions. Our flagship 90-day Full Body Detox program is expanding across India through structured dealer and distribution partnerships.
We are actively onboarding serious business partners nationwide and are seeking a high-performance closer capable of converting qualified leads into committed distribution relationships.
This is NOT a telecalling role.
This role is designed for someone skilled in persuasion, objection handling, and structured deal closing.
Role Overview:
You will conduct professional video meetings with pre-qualified distributor and dealer prospects and close partnership agreements. All meetings are booked by the internal team — your responsibility is conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Google Meet / video sales meetings with qualified leads
- Understand prospect business capability and investment readiness
- Present partnership opportunity clearly and confidently
- Handle objections professionally
- Drive commitment and close agreements
- Maintain deal notes and follow-ups in CRM
- Coordinate with internal onboarding team after closure
You will NOT be responsible for cold calling unqualified prospects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-ticket sales or B2B closing
- Strong spoken Hindi and English.
- Confident video presence and communication skills
- Ability to lead and control sales conversations
- Comfortable interacting with business decision-makers
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience Background:
Candidates with experience in the following will be prioritized:
- Franchise sales
- Distribution onboarding
- Business opportunity sales
- Real estate or financial product closing
- Consulting or high-ticket service sales

- Fixed salary based on experience
