Senior Software Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in VB.NET, MS SQL Server, and Crystal Reports. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end software development, enhancement of existing applications, database design, performance optimization, and providing online supports to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain desktop and/or enterprise applications using VB.NET / Asp.NET
• Develop and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including:
• Tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
• Query optimization and performance tuning
• Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports:
• Parameterized reports
• Sub-reports and summary reports
• Print and export formats (PDF, Excel, etc.)
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database issues
• Fix bugs, improve system stability, and enhance performance
• Participate in application architecture and design decisions
• Maintain proper documentation of code, database objects, and reports

Preferred / Additional Skills

Experience in Healthcare / HMIS / LIMS / ERP software (preferred)

• Exposure to API integration or web services
• Knowledge of reporting standards and data accuracy
• Ability to handle legacy systems and enhancements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
