Key Responsibilities:

Manage domestic and international flight and hotel bookings for the Sales & Marketing team through online portals and travel agents.

Handle bookings for domestic air tickets, train, car, and bus travel using both online platforms and authorized travel agents.

Arrange domestic hotel accommodations by comparing options across travel websites and coordinating with travel agents for best rates and availability.

Initiate direct communication with hotels to negotiate corporate rates and check availability for meetings, conferences, and events.

Coordinate the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and events at the national level, ensuring smooth logistics and vendor management.

Conduct regular comparisons of rates across multiple travel portals to ensure cost-effective travel and accommodation arrangements.

Negotiate and establish tie-ups with hotels and travel service providers to secure the best rates and preferred terms for the organization.

Assist in organizing domestic tours, including itinerary planning, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
