   MoneyMantra Research provides forex and multi-asset research, combining fundamental macroeconomic analysis with technical models. 

We build proprietary software and data products to help traders and institutions assess economic conditions, central bank trends, and market momentum.

Employment: Full-time

Experience: [1-3 years] in B2B marketing/SEO (finance/FinTech preferred)

Reports to: Founder/Head of Growth

What You’ll Do

Own SEO and content growth

Keyword research and clustering for forex, macroeconomics, multi-asset topics

On-page SEO, internal linking, schema, technical audits (Core Web Vitals)

Content calendar: blogs, market notes, landing pages, thought leadership

Lead generation and funnel operations

Build gated assets (reports, whitepapers), webinars, newsletters

Landing page CRO: A/B tests, forms, CTAs, lead scoring

Email automation and nurture journeys (MQL → SQL → demo)

Analytics, reporting, and ads

GA4 dashboards, GSC, attribution, cohort analysis

Manage paid search/social (if needed): strategy, budgets, creatives, ROAS

Brand and partnerships

PR/guest posts, analyst collaboration, community (Discord/Telegram/LinkedIn)

Compliance-aware copy for regulated environments

Website and martech

Coordinate with dev/design for site updates and performance

Maintain CRM and marketing automation hygiene

Must-Have Skills :

Strong SEO (technical + content), content strategy, and copywriting for finance

Analytics: GA4, GSC, Looker Studio; SEO tools: Ahrefs/Semrush; Tag Manager

CRM/Automation: HubSpot/Zoho/ActiveCampaign (any), WordPress/Webflow basics

CRO mindset; understanding of lead gen metrics and attribution

Excellent English writing and editing

Nice-to-Have :

Experience in forex/CFD/brokerage/research/SaaS

Basic HTML/CSS, schema, and page speed optimization

Webinar execution, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X growth

Understanding of compliance in research communications 

Success Metrics (KPIs) :

Organic traffic growth and share of voice for target clusters

Keyword rankings for priority terms; backlinks from quality domains

MQLs, demo bookings, and CAC-to-LTV ratios

Landing page conversion rate uplift and email engagement

Content velocity and publication cadence
