Service Delivery Officer-BRANCH BANKING-Service
We are looking for a courteous and detail-oriented Service Delivery Officer (SDO) to manage personalized service requests and ensure smooth operational support for high net worth customers. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining compliance standards, and delivering timely business insights through MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a solid understanding of banking processes. Handle personalized service requests from customers across segments Generate and deliver timely business MIS reports Ensure strict compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal banking policies Coordinate with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for account opening and servicing Manage and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT) Maintain and nurture relationships with high net worth customers through quality serviceExperience Level
