We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Officer to join our Branch Banking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions while ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. This role demands a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Service Officer, you will be the face of the bank, addressing customer needs, promoting banking services, and ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.
