Job Description
We are looking for a Service Technician for Robolta!
The candidate will be responsible for handling all customer support calls, providing proper technical solutions, and ensuring smooth service operations.
Responsibilities:
Attend and resolve customer service/support calls
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in robots
Provide proper guidance and solutions to customers
Maintain service records and report daily updates
Requirements:
Basic technical knowledge of electronic/robotic products
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in service or technical support preferred
