Shift Supervisor-Machine Shop

1)Handling the Machine shop shift activists

2)Knowledge of CNC Programing & Machine operation

3)Able to read and interpret the engineering drawings and knowledge of geometric tolerances

4)Awareness of 5S ,TPM and Kaizen

5) Manpower handling Skill

6)Well communication Skill

7) Awareness of Industrial safety, quality 

8) Basic knowledge of Industrial Relation (IR)

9) Basic knowledge of machining like milling and turning operations.

10) Basic knowledge of tool geometry, grades and it's selection

11) Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. 

12)Work closely with other departments (engineering, production planning, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and communication. 

13)Lead, mentor, and train a team of machinists and shop personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
