Job Description
Supervise solar panel, structure, inverter & cable installation
Execute work as per drawings and project plan
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Plan and manage daily site activities
Handle labor and subcontractors on site
Ensure quality of installation work
Follow and enforce safety rules at site
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR)
Track material usage and site inventory
Identify and solve site issues
Support testing and commissioning of solar plant
