Reporting to two Waste Supervisors and managing several collection vehicles along with field staff, your goal is to ensure efficient, compliant, and properly segregated waste management—dividing wet and dry waste at the source. You'll need to be mobile, communicative, safety-conscious, and experienced in solid waste operations.

• Coordinate daily field operations with two Waste Supervisors and assigned collection teams.
• Oversee collection routes, schedules, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience in operations within solid waste management or similar field.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal bike for mobility between collection zones.

• Strong understanding of dry-wet waste segregation and relevant municipal regulations.
• Capable of supervising field teams and managing vehicles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for staff supervision and resident coordination.
