Paint Site Supervisor The paint Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly at a paint site. They are responsible for being the point of contact between the paint workers and managers. Responsibilities Develop a work schedule for workers Supervise all paint workers Be the link between Paint workers and supervisors Solve disputes between workers Ensure that a project is sufficiently equipped Assign tasks to construction workers Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew Allocate general and daily responsibilities Supervise and train workers and trades people Ensure manpower and resources are sufficient Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met Supervise the use of machinery and materials. Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget Resolve problems when they arise Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc. Qualifications High School, Diploma or Graduate required Ability to organize a work schedule Ability to solve disputes between workers Ability to lift to 50 pounds Excellent communication skills Ability to negotiate Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints Perform quality checks on paint equipment Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems In-depth knowledge of paint procedures, equipment and safety, and health guidelines Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to communicate and report effectively Aptitude in math Problem-solving abilities Work with Google Application viz Doc, Sheet, Slides (Same for MS Office Word, Excel) Handle Email (Gmail, Hotmail, etc) communication Able to use Android or iOS mobile
