Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site solar installation activities (residential, commercial, or industrial).
  • Manage and guide technicians, electricians, and labor teams.
  • Ensure proper installation of solar panels, inverters, structure, and wiring.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation (daily reports, material usage, site updates).
  • Check quality of installation and ensure proper testing & commissioning.
  • Handle material management and avoid wastage or delays.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff when required.
