Social Content Strategist

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Content Strategist to join our growing sanitary pads & feminine hygiene brand. This role is perfect for someone who understands how thoughtful, educational, and engaging content can create meaningful conversations around women’s health and hygiene.

You will be responsible for planning and guiding social content across platforms, working closely with content creators, influencers, and internal teams to grow brand awareness, engagement, and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Research trends, formats, and platform updates, adapting them for health and hygiene topics.
• Guide content creators and influencers on messaging, hooks, and storytelling.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor content performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and influencer teams to execute campaigns.

Skills Required

Essential Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Ability to plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.
• Creativity and storytelling skills to create engaging and educational content.
• Awareness of social media trends and ability to adapt them for the brand.
• Excellent communication skills, especially for sensitive topics like women’s health.
• Ability to collaborate with creators, influencers, and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset to track performance and optimize content.
• Attention to detail to ensure brand consistency.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in wellness, personal care, or hygiene brands.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
• Basic graphic/video editing skills or understanding of short-form video production.
• Knowledge of UGC and influencer marketing.
