Social Media Art Director

● Visual Strategy & Tonality: Establish and maintain the visual language (Key Visuals) for all 4 Swashaa accounts. You are the guardian of our aesthetic - ensuring every post feels premium, cohesive, and on-brand.

● Trend-Led Ideation: Actively scout global social trends (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and translate them into actionable content concepts for jewellery. You aren't just following trends; you are remixing them for our brand.

● Art Direction for Shoots: Create detailed moodboards and shot lists for photo/video shoots. You will visualise the "look and feel" before a camera is even picked up, ensuring the final output translates perfectly to social formats (9:16, 4:5).

● Hands-On Creation: You will personally craft only the flagship creatives (campaign key visuals, brand-defining assets), while the execution team handles adaptations and resizing.

● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to maintain the content calendar, ensuring visuals are ready well in advance.
