Social Media Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and creative social media posts (images, captions, reels, stories, and videos).
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Manage daily posting, monitoring, and engagement on all social media accounts.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
• Write clear, attractive, and brand-aligned captions and hashtags.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creatives and campaigns.
• Track performance using insights and analytics, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Handle influencer collaborations, promotions, and campaign execution when required.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Experience in content creation, scheduling tools, and analytics.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, fashion, jewelry, or luxury brands is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads / Instagram Ads).
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtag research, and content optimization.
• Basic video editing skills for reels and short videos.
