We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who lives and breathes social platforms. This role is perfect for freshers or early professionals who want hands-on exposure in fashion, content, creators, and brand-building. You’ll help manage, grow, and energize Janasya’s social presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage influencer collaborations & brand partnerships

● Plan and schedule weekly content calendars across:

○ Instagram

○ YouTube

○ Pinterest

○ Facebook

● Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative video ideas for:

○ UGC

○ Influencer content

○ Trend-based formats

● Coordinate with internal team for:

○ Campaign shoots coordination

○ E-commerce shoots coordination

○ Social media creatives

● Track Month-on-Month (MoM) growth of our online community across:

○ Instagram

○ Facebook

○ Other social platforms

● Monitor Online Reputation Management (ORM):

○ Customer reviews

○ Comments & feedback

● Track social media performance and share weekly growth reports
