Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and create engaging content calendars in collaboration with the design and content team.
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance of campaigns and posts.
• Analyse ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads – if required) and coordinate with HOD.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community relationships.
• Research latest trends, tools, and competitor strategies to bring innovation.
• Coordinate with influencers/UGC creators for brand collaborations.
• Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are maintained across all platforms.
• Work closely with e-commerce and marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms & tools.
• Creative thinking and content ideation.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills (English & Hindi/Regional language preferred).
• Basic knowledge of ad management tools (Meta Business Suite, Google tools).
• Analytical mindset with ability to read insights and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Freshers with strong internship experience can also apply.
